Bellinda Myrick-Barnett backstage with legendary comedian BOB HOPE immediately before their concert at the San Antonio Convention Center where Mr. Hope stated publicly that she was 'not only a great singer but the quickest study in all of show business that he had ever worked with 2nd only to his buddy Bing Crosby.  With them are Mrs. Joyce Pratt and her 16 year old son James Pratt of Odessa, Texas who had Cystic Fibrosis and had just been released from the hospital and who Bellinda had arranged for Southwest Airlines to fly them in for the concert where Bob Hope introduced him from stage.  James died just two weeks later.
